Done for now

About a week into January they stopped my radiation 2 session short of the 30 Rads total. I was burning too bad. I healed fairly quickly though. The breast cancer team kept an eye on me and I kept up with treating my burns several times a day.

Today I'm all healed and can wear a regular bra. I'm still lopsided, but reconstruction surgery this fall should take care of that.

My treatment took a total of a little over 10 months. I learned alot about myself and my family and friends during that time. All of it was positive. I have a wonderful family and work for an amazing company. A big shout out to everyone who supported me on my journey. It has meant the world to me!
